Welcome to VinES Farmstay! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we've established these house rules. By completing your booking, you agree to follow these guidelines during your stay.

📞 Arrival Instructions: Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 2 hours in advance. Contact us at +91 9994415497 (WhatsApp preferred) when you're on your way.
👥 Guest Capacity & Visitors
- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (2 included in base price, +₹1,000 per additional guest per night)
- Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property
- Day Visitors: Not permitted without prior approval. Additional charges may apply.
- Children: Welcome! Please supervise children at all times, especially near the outdoor areas
⚠️ Important: Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in immediate booking cancellation without refund and additional charges.

- Excessive alcohol consumption causing disturbance

🎉 Parties & Events
Party Policy: Small, quiet gatherings allowed with prior approval. Commercial events, large parties, or loud music NOT permitted.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (please respect neighbors)
- Music: Soft background music allowed until 10 PM
- Outdoor Gatherings: Permitted in garden area with respect to noise levels
- Photography/Videography: Personal use welcome. Commercial shoots require prior arrangement
🐾 Pets
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. A pet fee and security deposit may apply. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.
🏡 Property Care & Cleanliness
Please Help Us Maintain Our Home:
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Report any damages or issues immediately
- Keep the farmhouse reasonably clean during your stay
- Dispose of garbage in provided bins
- Please remove footwear before entering indoor areas
- Don't move furniture without asking
- Return all items to their original places after use
💡 Housekeeping: Daily cleaning not included. If you need mid-stay cleaning for multi-night bookings, please request at time of booking.

Exterior cameras monitor entry points and parking for your security. No cameras inside the farmhouse.

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. You're responsible for items left in the farmhouse.

No candles or open flames indoors. Fire extinguisher available in kitchen. Know emergency exits.

Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use. 24/7 power backup available.
🍳 Kitchen & Cooking
- Self-Cooking: Fully equipped kitchen available for guest use
- Groceries: Bring your own ingredients (nearest market ~5 km away)
- Utensils & Appliances: All provided - please wash after use
- Deep Frying: Please use outdoor kitchen or designated area
- Garbage: Separate wet and dry waste. Bins provided.
🍽️ Catering: We can arrange local catering services with advance notice. Contact us for recommendations and pricing.
🌳 Garden & Outdoor Areas
- Fruit Trees: Do NOT pick fruits from our orchard
- Garden Furniture: Use outdoor furniture with care - bring cushions inside during rain
- Swimming/Water: No swimming pool available. Ousteri Lake is 5 mins away
- Respect Nature: Don't pluck flowers, damage plants, or disturb wildlife

- WiFi Password: Provided upon check-in
- Smart TV: Available with streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)
- Work-Friendly: Dedicated workspace with reliable internet for remote work
- Download Limit: No restrictions, but please avoid excessive bandwidth use
🚗 Parking & Transportation
- Free Parking: Secure on-premises parking for 2-3 vehicles
- Vehicle Safety: Park at your own risk. We're not liable for damages/theft
- Local Transport: Auto-rickshaws and taxis available nearby
- Directions: GPS coordinates and directions provided upon booking

💰 Damages & Extra Charges
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Lost Keys: ₹500 replacement fee
- Extra Cleaning: ₹1,000 if property left excessively dirty
- Smoking Violations: ₹2,000 fine for smoking inside
- Unauthorized Guests: ₹1,000 per person per night + possible booking cancellation
💳 Payment: Damage charges will be billed to your payment method on file or deducted from security deposit if applicable.

- Respect local customs and traditions
- Follow all Indian laws and Pondicherry regulations
- Carry valid ID proof at all times
- Cooperate with local authorities if requested
- Guests from foreign countries must comply with visa and registration requirements
